Reservations

Booking Process

  • Reservations can be made online through our website, by phone, or in person
  • All reservations are subject to availability
  • We recommend making reservations in advance, especially for large groups and weekends
  • You will receive a confirmation via email or phone once your reservation is accepted

Reservation Policy

  • Arrival Time: Please arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time. We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes. After this grace period, we reserve the right to release your table to waiting guests
  • Group Size: Please ensure the number of guests matches your reservation. Changes should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance
  • Late Arrival: If you will be late, please contact us immediately
  • Special Requests: Special seating requests, dietary requirements, or celebrations should be mentioned at the time of booking. While we will make every effort to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee availability

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancellation Notice: Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the reservation time may be subject to a cancellation fee for large groups (8+ guests)
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your reservation without prior notice may result in a charge or restriction on future bookings
  • Large Groups: Special cancellation terms may apply for groups of 10 or more guests

Dining Services

Dine-In Service

  • Tables are provided on a first-come, first-served basis for walk-in guests, subject to availability

Takeaway and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand
  • Food should be checked upon receipt. Any issues must be reported immediately

Catering Services

  • Advance booking is required (minimum 48-72 hours depending on event size)
  • A deposit may be required to secure catering bookings
