What Makes Artigiano's Pizza Tirana's Favorite

Delivery Restaurant Tirana

Wood-Fired Perfection

Our wood-fired pizza ovens are the heart of Artigiano. These traditional ovens reach temperatures that create the perfect crust – crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside. When you taste pizza in Tirana from a wood-fired oven, you experience flavors that simply can’t be replicated with modern equipment. The wood smoke adds subtle complexity, while the intense heat creates those characteristic charred spots that pizza lovers dream about.

Handmade with Passion

Every pizza at our Tirana pizza restaurant is handmade from scratch. Our dough rests for at least 24 hours, allowing natural fermentation to develop complex flavors and create that perfect texture. We hand-stretch each base, never using rollers that compress the dough and destroy its character. This artisanal approach takes more time, but the result is worth every minute.

Authentic Italian Ingredients

When we say authentic Italian pizza, we mean it. Our mozzarella, San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, and specialty ingredients are sourced directly from Italy. We believe that great Neapolitan pizza starts with exceptional ingredients, and we refuse to compromise. From the flour for our dough to the basil that tops a Margherita, quality is non-negotiable.

Traditional Methods, Modern Skill

Our pizza makers have trained in the Neapolitan tradition, learning techniques passed down through generations. Creating artisanal pizza in Tirana means respecting these methods while adapting to local tastes and preferences. Whether you prefer a classic Margherita or something more adventurous, our team brings decades of combined experience to every pizza we make.

Our Italian Pizza Selection

Our menu celebrates both classic Italian traditions and creative interpretations. Every pizza restaurant in Tirana has a Margherita, but ours stays true to the original – fresh mozzarella, San Marzano tomato sauce, basil, and olive oil on our signature crust.

Beyond the classics, we offer seasonal specialties that showcase the best local and imported ingredients. Our four-cheese pizza combines Italian varieties for cheese lovers, while our prosciutto e rucola brings together the salty richness of cured ham with peppery arugula.

Vegetarians will find plenty to love, from our pizza verdure loaded with grilled vegetables to our funghi featuring mixed mushrooms with truffle oil. Every option on our menu reflects our commitment to quality and authenticity.

Excellent spot for business lunches. The Blloku location is convenient and the atmosphere strikes the perfect balance—professional yet relaxed. Had a window table with a nice view of the neighborhood while discussing work.

Service was attentive without being intrusive, exactly what you need during meetings. My colleague’s seafood linguine was outstanding, and my chicken alfredo was rich and satisfying. This has become my go-to spot at Artigiano Restaurant Tirana for client meetings.

Perfect girls’ night out! We were exploring dining options in Tirana and Artigiano was the ideal choice. The energy inside is so welcoming—you can feel the team’s passion.

The open kitchen adds to the lively atmosphere. Watching the chefs while we shared appetizers made it feel authentic. The burrata starter was incredible and the homemade focaccia is addictive! Great wine recommendations too. The vibe is sophisticated but never stuffy. Located right in the heart of Blloku’s restaurant scene. Already planning our next visit!
