Artigiano opened its doors on February 2013, at one of the most popular areas of Tirana, right at the ‘Blloku’ entrance. It soon became one of the most popular places in Tirana, packed with young people and foodies looking for some good homemade pasta or an Italian pizza, baked in a wood-fired oven.
Artigiano means artisan, skillful craftsman, someone who does things by hand, in a traditional way. Our pastas, bread, olive oil, sweets, sauces and everything else, are homemade with respect to tradition and the desire to evolve from it.
Fresh homemade pastas and especially our famous ricotta & spinach filled raviolis with truffle sauce, fill our restaurant with happy clients, daily. Since the first spark of fire, our wood-fired oven has baked delicious pizzas that soon became famous in town. We were the first to introduce in Tirana pizzas with Burrata mozzarella, with Philadelphia and truffle, with Nutella (heartbreaker), or pizza in new shapes (such as pizza Stella, Mickey Mouse for kids, etc). We take pride in our pizzas that can take you to Italy with a single bite and a little imagination.
Our high-quality products, such as mozzarella and other cheeses, salami, flour, etc., are all imported from Italy. But Italy is not only the place we get our products from, but also where we find inspiration, and the skillful people on our team, as well.
Our menu varies according to the seasonality of the products, so we can bring to your table what we know best: a delicious and true dish that goes straight to your heart!
